Pressure is a warning
Scammers manufacture urgency, promise guaranteed returns, or claim an account will be lost unless funds or credentials are sent immediately. A legitimate support investigation does not require a recovery phrase or remote access.
- Open the known site directly instead of following an unexpected link.
- Check the full domain, not just a logo or display name.
- Pause when a message demands secrecy, speed, or an irreversible payment.
Verify through another channel
If a message claims to be from a provider, use the contact method published inside the provider's authenticated site. Do not rely on the phone number or link contained in the suspicious message.
