Time extension—not cash or guaranteed earnings
A qualifying extension preserves paid access time. It does not create reward points, replace missed third-party inventory, compensate market movement, or promise that a member would have earned anything.The administrator must mark a core-access incident eligible, and its recorded duration must reach at least 4 hours.
The account must have had a recorded paid or funded membership term overlapping the incident. Suspended memberships are excluded.
Each extension stores the incident, affected membership, old boundary, new boundary, duration, and application time.
Individual device or internet trouble, provider-specific eligibility, unavailable surveys or offers, failed third-party payouts, scheduled maintenance disclosed in advance, abuse restrictions, and events outside CoinPork’ core application control are not automatically covered. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this operational policy.
