Policy template
Terms of Service
The framework for account access, paid membership, rewards, and use of the CoinPork platform.
Draft requiring qualified review
This is a product template, not legal advice or a finalized policy. Qualified counsel must review and tailor it for the operating entity, jurisdictions, providers, and actual production practices before launch.
Account eligibility
Define minimum age, eligible jurisdictions, required account information, email verification, one-account expectations, and the member's responsibility for account security.
Identity verification
CoinPork currently does not collect government identification or require a platform-level KYC submission. This is not a promise that identity verification will never apply: an independent payment, sponsored-offer, or payout provider may impose its own verification, and CoinPork may need proportionate checks to comply with law, sanctions obligations, fraud investigations, or provider contracts. Disclose any such requirement before the affected transaction whenever legally permitted.
Paid membership
Membership is $9.95 USD per month. There is no free membership tier. Clearly distinguish automatically renewing provider subscriptions from cryptocurrency payments that provide a fixed 30-day membership period.
Membership should become active only after verified server-side payment status—not merely after a browser return or unverified receipt.
Rewards access
An active, eligible membership provides access to activities governed by the Rewards Program Rules. Membership does not purchase a wager, entry, chance, random prize, loot box, score advantage, or guaranteed amount of crypto.
Academy and mission rewards are deterministic: the member must satisfy the published score or progress target, each eligible completion is recorded, and the configured fixed reward remains subject to rule status, member limits, and available company-funded budget. Roadmap votes, game scores, XP, levels, profiles, leaderboards, achievements, and collectibles do not create reward, payment, ownership, resale, or investment rights.
Arcade, seasons, profiles, rankings, and collectibles
Original games use server-created sessions and verification controls, but no anti-cheat system is perfect. CoinPork may quarantine or remove invalid scores after proportionate review. Seasonal rankings use an optional alias and never rank payments or purchases.
Profile Studio titles, themes, and collectible presentation are non-monetary account features unlocked through verified progress. Publishing a progress page and joining a leaderboard are separate optional choices. CoinPork may hide a public profile when membership eligibility, account safety, or integrity requirements are not met.
Monthly Season HQ tiers, grades, challenges, history, and activity calendars are non-monetary account progress. They reset or archive according to the published UTC schedule and do not guarantee continued availability of a theme or feature.
Launch collectibles are off-chain account records with no promised cash value, yield, resale market, intellectual-property transfer, or right to a future blockchain token. Any later optional minting feature requires separate terms and is not guaranteed.
Sponsored offers
Third-party offers are optional and subject to the provider's eligibility, geographic, quality, and completion rules. A displayed offer is not a promise that every member will qualify or that an advertiser will accept a completion. Verified offer value may remain unavailable during a published reconciliation hold and may be reversed for a provider correction, duplicate, refund, or invalid activity under the Rewards Program Rules.
Suspension and termination
Reserve proportionate rights to restrict accounts for security, abuse, sanctions, unlawful activity, or material policy violations. Explain notice, review, appeal, balances, and legally required exceptions.
Disclaimers and disputes
Counsel should supply jurisdiction-appropriate warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, and consumer-rights language. Do not publish generic clauses without confirming enforceability.
