Explain how and when cancellation stops future charges, whether access continues through a paid period, and any steps required through the payment provider.
Refund requests
Define the review path for duplicate charges, technical failures, unauthorized transactions, and legally mandated cooling-off or refund rights. Avoid an absolute no-refund rule without jurisdictional review.
Rewards and reversals
Clarify the treatment of rewards associated with refunded, reversed, charged-back, or fraudulent membership payments, including fair notice and immutable ledger reversal entries.
