Policy template

Acceptable Use Policy

Baseline expectations intended to protect members and the integrity of reward activity.

Draft requiring qualified review

This is a product template, not legal advice or a finalized policy. Qualified counsel must review and tailor it for the operating entity, jurisdictions, providers, and actual production practices before launch.

Fair participation

Prohibit automated claims, scripted quiz, mission, or game submissions, score fabrication, session-token theft, answer harvesting for account farms, modified clients intended to bypass server validation, credential sharing, self-referrals, coordinated duplicate accounts, manipulated identity or payment data, and attempts to bypass one-time rewards, daily XP, cooldowns, or account limits.

Platform security

Prohibit probing, malicious code, denial-of-service behavior, unauthorized access, impersonation, abusive scraping, and interference with payment, reward, ledger, or withdrawal controls.

Profile identity

Profile aliases and public presentation must not impersonate CoinPork staff, another person, or a third party; misrepresent account authority; contain harassment, threats, unlawful material, or sensitive personal data; or evade moderation and eligibility controls.

Lawful use

Prohibit fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful transfers, harassment, and use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. Requirements must reflect actual compliance coverage.

Review and enforcement

Use risk flags and human review where appropriate. Do not assume wrongdoing solely because multiple legitimate people share a network. Define proportionate restrictions, notice, preserved records, and an appeal path.
