How the automatic assessment works
The first protected monthly job after UTC month-end creates one immutable assessment. A unique month key and per-member constraint prevent duplicate extensions. The old boundary, new boundary, evidence counts, application time, and audit record are retained.
An extension is paid-access time rather than reward points or cash. It does not replace consumer rights, cover external-provider availability, or imply that a member could have earned a particular amount.
